Operations will be fully managed, making this a passive investment.

Project Ownership

We are offering a 50% stake in the company, equal to 10 of the 20 apartments plus 50% of the café/coworking profits. This is not shareholding in the traditional sense — it is direct, documented ownership of physical units and profit rights. The remaining 50% is held by founders Frederik Hauff and Eivind Holum. Capital Requirement
